A Bronx straphanger who held the emergency gate open for other riders was slashed repeatedly during a Monday morning clash, according to cops and a report.   The 37-year-old man was knifed all over his body when tensions flared with a blade-wielding brute inside the No. 4 train station at West 170th Street and Jerome Avenue in Mount Eden, authorities said.
