Fiendish disabled parking scam sees wealthy car owner turn apartment into personal garage

A well-to-do Orange County parking hog was arrested on Friday after using fake disabled placards on his cars to turn an apartment complex into his own private garage for his elite fleet. Six different placards were seized after the suspect used those to store his high-end cars in Irvine. He owned or had access to five Mercedes and three BMWs, according to pictures of his key fobs that were seized by police.
