A bizarre Zillow listing for a Colorado home has warned potential buyers they won’t be allowed to inspect the property before purchasing — and that it’ll be their responsibility to remove the current “occupant. ” Tori McMechan, who lives inside the three-bed, two-bath home in Nunn — about 25 miles outside Fort Collins — called the listing “unreal” after the residence went into foreclosure, according to 9News on Thursday. “Who would buy a home sight unseen with an occupant still in it?” she told the outlet.
