Now, as the horrific slaying reignites outrage over California’s handling of repeat offenders, the grieving family of beloved artist and writer Rachell Summers is pleading with the public to help give her only grandchild the future she will never get to see. 8 Summers, 73, had become a grandmother for the first time last year.
