A notorious former LA gangster turned gang peacemaker will not be charged in an alleged murder plot — but his son wasn’t so lucky, according to a new report. 62-year-old Clifford “Skipp” Townsend was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder at around 10:30 a. m.
