An 18-year-old was arrested and charged with two counts of murder in the shooting deaths of two teenage boys near a California beach. Donald William Breeden, of Greenfield, was booked into Monterey County Jail Friday on suspicion of gunning down Marco Antonio Perez, 15, and Nathaniel Flores, 13, early Monday morning near Jetty Road in Moss Landing, police said. The murder counts came with criminal street gang enhancements.
