A former college football star was shot dead by cops when he attacked his girlfriend after coming out as gay — and his 3-year-old son ended up dead, too, possibly from a police bullet, authorities said. Las Vegas cops previously claimed that Quinton Baker, 28 — a former running back for Portland State and Western Kentucky universities — had shot his own son dead while cruelly using him as a human shield and trying to evade police gunfire. But police officials have now acknowledged that they are unable to determine whether they or Baker fired the shot that killed his son.
