Southern Nazarene football player’s cause of death revealed after helmet-to-helmet hit

Southern Nazarene University football player Tyler Ulrich died of a traumatic brain injury and a brain bleed after an on-field collision earlier this month, a coroner’s report obtained by ESPN revealed. Ulrich, who was 21 years old, was hospitalized after a helmet-to-helmet hit on Oct. 10 and died five days later.
