Long Island dad who zapped autistic son with Taser during meltdown was trying to ‘control him’: cops

A Long Island father zapped his autistic, teenage son with a taser in an attempt to “control him” after “an emotional outburst” at the family home, according to police.   Jin Chang, 52, was arrested by Nassau County police after the principal of a Plainview middle school reported that Chang’s 14-year-old child had what appeared to be scratches and other bruising marks on his stomach and neck this week, cops said.   Chang caused the injuries to his son on Monday during a domestic dispute that got out of hand, cops said.
