Decrepit Harvey Weinstein will finally learn his fate in a Manhattan courtroom Wednesday — as the disgraced Hollywood mogul faces up to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting a former TV production worker. Weinstein, 74, was convicted in June 2025 of first-degree criminal sex act for attacking former “Project Runway” production assistant Miriam “Mimi” Haley inside his SoHo apartment in 2006. 3 Manhattan prosecutors have said they are seeking a 20-year prison term for Harvey Weinstein.
