The nut who tried to snatch the toddler son of a cop outside a Brooklyn McDonald’s had urged him to “come with Mama” — and previously slugged a bus passenger while spewing hate, prosecutors said Sunday. Chrissy Payne, 47, was arraigned on attempted-kidnapping and endangering-welfare charges in Brooklyn Criminal Court for trying to abduct the 4-year-old boy Sept. 14 — and also over felony hate-crime assault raps for attacking a woman on a city bus last month, the DA’s office said.
