The brutish dunderhead who chucked a glass bottle at an NYPD cop’s head at a Queens public housing complex in early September was arrested and charged Friday, police said. Robert Zuniga, 27, allegedly hurled the bottle at a 29-year-old officer responding to a fight at the NYCHA Ravenswood Houses around 12:45 a. m.
