A 2-year-old boy was killed and his mom found attempting self-harm in a “domestic-related homicide” in suburban Chicago that a neighbor compared to the harrowing Lindsay Clancy case. Police were summoned to a home in Frankfort, Ill. Tuesday afternoon on a report of an unresponsive child where they found a 2-year-old boy being given CPR, according to Patch.
