A maniac with 13 prior busts stabbed a city schools worker to death and repeatedly slashed his buddy during an unhinged attack on a Bronx street on Wednesday, cops and sources said. Rashaun Shettlewood, 32 — a paraprofessional for the city’s Department of Education, according to law enforcement sources — was knifed once in the chest and his 33-year-old pal stabbed repeatedly in the torso around 3:30 p. m.
