Andrew Tate’s controversial social media personality was compared to Sacha Baron Cohen’s ridiculous “Ali G” character by his own lawyer during a court hearing fighting for his release from jail. “That is not the real Andrew Tate, the person Andrew Tate,” his lawyer Howard Srebnick argued Thursday. Andrew Tate, 39, and his brother, Tristan, 38, have been in federal custody in Miami since July 18 and are fighting extradition to the UK, where they face a slew of rape and sex trafficking charges.
