Joey and Jesse Buss are securing their next sports franchise ownership stake.   The Buss brothers, through Buss Sports Capital, have reached a deal to become minority owners of the San Diego Padres. The Athletic reported Wednesday that Joey and Jesse Buss are acquiring an ownership stake of around 5% of the Padres, who have new controlling owners after Kwanza Jones and Jose E.
