Baseball fans may have been doing a double-take when they turned on ESPN’s broadcast of Thursday’s Braves-Nationals game. Calling the game alongside Eduardo Pérez was Karl Ravech, who had been part of the ESPN’s mass layoffs last week, leading to plenty of surprise from viewers. Despite being let go by ESPN, Ravech was given the option to call select games on the network this summer and is expected to announce during the Little League World Series, sources told The Post.
