The Penthouse Pet accused of stealing valuables from guests at an Airbnb at Coachella tried to duck the spotlight Thursday, turning away from cameras as she made a brief appearance before a Los Angeles judge. Adva Lavie, wearing a blue jail-issued gown and handcuffs, entered the courtroom ready for the hearing — but quickly turned her head and body away after spotting a Post photographer. As soon as it became clear cameras were in the courtroom, Lavie’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, who appeared via Zoom, told the judge his client did not need to be present for the proceedings.
