WASHINGTON – President Trump’s administration is taking a victory lap after New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill admitted more than 6,000 non-citizens had been added to the state’s voter rolls, doubling down on its call for a voter ID bill to become law. Trump and his staff have been pushing Congress hard to pass the Save America Act, which would require states to purge their voting rolls of non-citizens.
