Yiutung Lok is demanding a whopping $3 million in punitive damages from a Flatlands animal hospital, VEG ER for Pets, and veterinarian Kayla Anderson for his beloved pet’s horrific death in April. Lok, 57, claims Anderson brushed off his cries for help about his furry three-year-old friend Eva and insisted the pooch give birth at home — when she urgently needed medical intervention or a C-section, according to the suit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court Wednesday.
