What a bum! A buck-naked drifter aimlessly wandered around Times Square, drawing befuddled gasps from tourists and commuters heading to work Friday morning. Video exclusively shot by The Post shows the apparently strung-out man wearing nothing but his birthday suit and a blank look on his face along West 42nd Street in The Crossroads of the World. The nude excursion was even too much for the Naked Cowboy, an iconic Times Square street performer who — despite his moniker — wears shame-shielding skivvies in addition to his cowboy hat and guitar get-up.
