A sickening secret was allegedly uncovered about an afterschool tutor at a public school in Fresno. The tutor, who worked at Fresno High School, allegedly exchanged child sex abuse material with children online and arranged to meet a minor, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday. Keebtsim Txhim Christopher Xiong, 26, of Fresno, was arrested after an investigation by the state’s task force on internet crimes against children.
