Two Pennsylvania parents were arrested after their little kids, including an infant, were found living in a stench-filled home full of feces, piles of trash and no running water, according to authorities and reports. 3 Thomas Bach, 43, and Megan Bach, 44, were arrested after their two young children were found living amongst dozens of animals in a horrendous Pennsylvania home. Philadelphia Police Department FBI agents uncovered the squalid conditions while executing a search warrant Tuesday at the Northeast Philadelphia home of Thomas Bach, 43, and Megan Bach, 44, over alleged terroristic threats made against the White House, a source told WPVI.
