USA men’s national team just suffered an embarrassing 4-1 defeat against Belgium in their World Cup match on July 6, and they were without Christian Pulisic in the final third of the loss. This is because Pulisic was subbed out in the 60th minute of USA’s Round of 16 game after appearing to suffer an injury. Pulisic had been battling a calf injury earlier in the tournament but seemed to suffer a knee injury after getting tangled up with Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans.
