Congratulations are in order for Patriots special teams coordinator Jeremy Springer and Kayla Burton, a host for NBC Sports Boston. The pair announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post Monday, including photos from Springer’s stunning oceanfront proposal. Springer, 37, popped the question at Swami’s Beach in San Diego, Calif.
