Spencer Pratt put on a brave face Monday as the reality TV star was photographed breaking cover for the first time since Nithya Raman overtook him in the Los Angeles mayoral race. The former Hills star appeared unfazed by the latest political setback as he stepped out in a black “HEIDIWOOD” T-shirt promoting wife Heidi Montag’s music, paired with black shorts, sneakers and a baseball cap. Photos showed Pratt walking through a parking lot and carrying a bag in Carpinteria — a ritzy Santa Barbara enclave.
