Embattled Ohio Rep. Max Miller has been accused of violating the terms of a mutual restraining order involving his ex-wife while concealing key audio from her lawyers after his interview with The Post. The Republican pol had sat down for a lengthy interview with The Post on Monday about ex Emily Moreno’s abuse accusations against him, hours after a judge issued a mutual restraining order blocking both sides from disparaging or harassing the other.
