Heart-stopping new video shows the moment a UPS jet’s engine and pylon became detached from the aging aircraft’s wing during takeoff in an awful accident that killed 15 people in Kentucky. The National Transportation Safety Board, which released the shocking footage Tuesday, is convening a hearing this week in Washington, DC, to investigate the cause of the deadly Nov. 4, 2025, crash, which killed three crew members on UPS Flight 2976 and 12 people on the ground in the industrial area outside Louisville’s airport.
