A beloved burger joint inside Hollywood’s famed Roosevelt Hotel went off on the city in announcing its decision to close after more than two decades. The restaurant 25 Degrees — known for its juicy burgers and creamy milkshakes — blamed city leadership and the cost of doing business in Los Angeles for its demise. “The short version: it’s become increasingly difficult for hotel restaurants in Los Angeles to operate sustainably,” read a post on the restaurant’s Instagram page.
