Wealthiest counties in California revealed — and LA’s not even in the top 10

California is home to some of the richest enclaves in the world — but celebrity-packed Hollywood doesn’t even crack the top 10 in the state by income, a new study reveals. The richest counties in the Golden State are clustered in Northern California, with San Mateo and Santa Clara counties topping the list, according to SmartAsset. In fact, four of the 10 of the wealthiest counties in the entire US are located in Northern California.
