Disturbing surveillance footage captured a daytime burglar skulking around a woman’s Santa Ana apartment in a construction vest before making off with thousands of dollars in cash and designer goods. Footage from the victim’s surveillance cameras and Ring camera showed the suspect outside the apartment at 780 S. Lyon St.
