The homeless man who randomly stabbed a woman in the neck as she walked down the street in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday morning has been identified. Kenneth Gibson, 39, faces attempted murder charges for the unprovoked attack on an unidentified woman on Hope Street near Olympic Boulevard around 10:15 a. m.
