Gavin Newsom called reports of Iran potentially launching drone attacks on California a “critical” threat that state and federal authorities have been monitoring — while taking shots at President Trump over the ongoing war in the Middle East. “Drone issues have been top of mind,” Newsom said during a news conference Tuesday to announce new funding for mental health and drug treatment as it relates to homelessness.
