The blade-wielding State Department employee who launched a frenzied stabbing spree on a Virginia highway Sunday knifed four strangers and his own dog during the deadly road rage rampage. Jared Llamado, a 32-year-old Foreign Service Officer, was shot dead by a Virginia State Trooper on I-495 in Fairfax County after he allegedly charged at him with the knife following the violent outburst that left Fairfax resident Michele Adams dead and three other women wounded, according to Virginia State Police. The alleged assailant also killed his dog, police said.
