Investigators believe that Nancy Guthrie’s abduction could have been the result of a botched robbery instead of a planned kidnapping, according to a report. An inside source in the investigation told AZFamily that the 84-year-old’s kidnapping appeared to be a burglary gone wrong. The unnamed source also told the outlet that there is a widespread belief among investigators that Nancy could still be alive.
