US attorney for Washington, DC, Jeanine Pirro is suing the power company Con Edison and the town of Rye, New York over a “dangerous” construction site she claims caused her to trip and suffer brain bruising and other injuries. The 74-year-old former judge and TV host was walking near Purchase Street and Library Place in the charming Westchester town last August, when she fell over “a large wooden block” sticking out of the roadway, according to the lawsuit. US attorney for Washington, DC, Jeanine Pirro claims the fall caused her head injuries.
