A member of the Giants’ last two Super Bowl-winning teams is joining the coaching staff in Atlanta. Chase Blackburn, who spent eight of his 10 years in the NFL with the Giants, was hired by the Falcons as their new assistant special teams coach, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Wednesday. The former linebacker will work under special teams coordinator Craig Aukerman, landing on his feet after he was fired as the Rams’ special teams coordinator late in the 2025 season.
