St. Johns, Firefighters Foundation rally for Lt.’s daughter suffering from ‘rare and aggressive’ brain cancer

The New York City Firefighters Foundation and legends of the New York Knicks gathered Friday ahead of the St. John’s basketball game against the Connecticut Huskies to rally around the daughter of one of New York’s Bravest. Four-year-old Izzy Cashion was honored at the Fluer Room in Manhattan on Friday, as she battles a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer, DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma).
