Embattled Los Angeles City Councilman Curren Price fainted Wednesday morning inside City Hall, prompting an emergency response just before the City Council meeting was scheduled to begin. Price collapsed during a presentation honoring black women, held shortly before council convened, The California Post learned. A short time later, the City Council president announced from the dais that Price was stable and being treated at a local hospital, easing immediate concerns as council business moved forward.
