He’s a super creep. Roman Gonzalez was busted on April 9 at the Union Square subway station for pleasuring himself in front of a woman on the train platform — the sixth time he’s been nabbed for public lewdness, and 32nd time he’s been arrested since 1983, The Post has learned. But Gonzalez, 67, was back out on the street days immediately after his arrest a week later because the charges aren’t bail eligible.
