Accused political assassin Vance Boelter allegedly sent a deranged confession to FBI Director Kash Patel claiming that Gov. Tim Walz had urged him to kill Democratic lawmakers as part of a twisted plot. The wild handwritten ramblings were released Tuesday as Boelter was indicted for allegedly gunning down ex-Democratic House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, in their Minneapolis home on June 14.
