China’s Communist Party on Tuesday released a bombastic propaganda video in which it vowed “never to kneel down” in President Trump’s tariff war. Beijing also tried to coax the rest of the world to stand with it against the United States. The dramatic clip — blasted out by the Chinese Foreign Ministry on X and amplified by the country’s troves of propagandists on social media — accused the Trump administration of bullying tactics and insisted China wouldn’t negotiate after Trump hit Chinese exports with massive tariffs.
