A New Jersey mayor lashed out at a complaining citizen, telling her to “get a job” and asking whether she still lived in the basement, during a tense exchange at a recent council meeting. Toms River Mayor Daniel Rodrick made the sneering remarks after longtime resident Dana Tormollan accused him of attaching political letters to her taxes on Oct. 19.
