The retired NYPD detective accused of fatally shooting a hardworking dad in a burst of road rage on the George Washington Bridge last week was pictured for the first time – as he arrived at court Tuesday morning after being freed on $1 million bail. Victor Romero, 62, wore a navy suit and tie, blankly staring away from cameras, as he entered Manhattan Criminal Court, flanked by his representatives. The appearance comes a week after he allegedly shot Koran Irvine, 46, in the right shoulder around 7:15 p.
