The frat brother at the center of the “Cornell 7” gang-rape allegations claimed to campus officials that the accuser “sodomized” him — and complained nobody cared he was a sex-assault “survivor,” an explosive new report says. Matthew Ingalls’ stunning assertions came as separate documents showed the fraternity scrambled to control the story out of fear that “the reputation of all involved and the frat would be ruined” — and tried to frame the alleged rape as a “consensual orgy,’’ ABC News reported. Ingalls — the Chi Phi brother who the accuser said sparked her alleged 2024 gang rape — wrote to campus officials in a seething email that the Ivy League school was guilty of “gender discrimination” and “entrapment” as it conducted its investigation into him and six of his fraternity brothers over the alleged horror.
