A teen was allegedly caught dropping a plastic tub holding a dismembered woman’s torso while walking through a Georgia apartment complex, according to reports. Kingston Lammar Bradley, 18, was arrested on Wednesday after cops responded to a missing person’s call at the Park Valley apartment complex in Smyrna, the Smyrna Police Department announced in a press release.
