The son of a senior Baltimore state’s attorney’s office employee is accused of raping two 13-year-old girls — fathering a child with one of the teens, according to court records. Malik Hassan Allen, 20, was arrested and hit with rape, assault and sex abuse charges in connection with horrifying allegations brought forward by the girls. The teens alleged that Allen raped them in May and August 2025, according to the Baltimore Sun.
