‘America’s tenor’ to sing national anthem at LI high school, his alma mater

Christopher Macchio is getting another curtain call.   “America’s tenor” is returning to his roots and will sing the national anthem at his alma mater as Sachem North opens at home against William Floyd on Friday night.   “It just puts everything full circle,” Macchio, who iconically performed the “Star-Spangled Banner” at President Trump’s second inauguration and sang several more events for his administration, told The Post.
