Four Fast-and-Furious fools were arrested and a gaudy “race car” impounded after anphone-obsessed mob wreaked havoc during a late-night street takeover on Long Island Sunday. The obnoxious racers flew down Express Drive North in rural Yaphank, with dozens of onlookers watching the modified cars racing and revving their engines during street races, officials and video showed. Video obtained by The Post shows a dark street where two loud cars being given the signal to take off at super-speed down the road in what appears to be the start of a race.
