Dramatic moment ICE agents snare college student in California before friend hides from them on campus

Federal immigration agents arrested a San Diego City College student near campus Tuesday morning and briefly pursued another into school grounds. Officials said unmarked ICE vehicles stopped a car and arrested the driver, who they believe was a student there, around 9. 30am, ABC10 reported.
